The Uppattern products images are a mere representation of the products offered and we are not responsible if the final parts are different due to any circumstances.

Uppattern contains material which is created, owned, made available by us to our members. This material includes, but is not limited to, sewing patterns, tables of sizes and technical drawings. We encourage your creative personal use of the designs we distribute with the patterns. However, reproduction, duplicate, copy and resale is prohibited. If you breach the Terms of service, your right to use the site, services or content will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
The use of Uppattern in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect, may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
You do need an account to access and use members features of the site, as well as the digital products. The accounts are personal and non-transferable. By registering on Uppattern, you agree that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Uppattern shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
We may suspend your account; cancel your account; and/or edit your account details, at any time at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
As soon as the user cancels his subscription, the user will no longer have access to the online materials of the site, as well as other members’ benefits.
Uppattern only provides online products, after the end of the trial period, returns and cancellations of products already accessed will not be accepted.
Uppattern may also include links to other websites. They do not signify that we endorse the website. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website. Your use of these third-party websites will be subject to the terms of service contained therein.
Changes are periodically added to the content herein, these changes will be incorporated in new versions of Uppattern and specifically are included in this action agreement. Uppattern may make improvements and/or changes in the content at any time and from time to time.
The value of subscriptions can also be changed. In this case, if you are a paying Uppattern member, at least one email will be sent notifying you of the change in the value of the plans one month in advance, so you have time to cancel if you do not agree with the new price. If for some reason you have not seen the email delivered, we are not responsible for the amount charged to your credit card.
If you are dissatisfied with any Uppattern site content, or with the access agreement of this site, in whole or in part, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Uppattern.
Uppattern is a Brazil registered site, from our servers to our offices, and you agree that these terms of service and any legal action or proceeding relating to this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rio de Janeiro without reference to its choice of law rules. Remember that if you access from outside Brazil, you have the responsibility to comply with your local laws.
